François Labelle, agr.
Expert in Organic Milk Production
After completing his studies in agriculture at McGill University in 1989, François acquired several years of field experience with organic dairy producers before becoming an advisor in an organic farming technical support club. In 2004, he became a lecturer on animal production at the Alfred Campus of the University of Guelph in Ontario. He made a significant contribution to the start-up of the organic dairy production research centre and became, in 2005, manager of the Alfred Campus farm and was in charge of the transition to organic farming.
François joined Lactanet’s research and development team in 2010 as an expert in organic dairy production. He is responsible for various technological innovation projects in organic dairy production a long with technical support for the team of organic dairy production advisors.
