Pete Sullivan, Ph.D

Holding multiple degrees from the University of Guelph, Peter has been active on the genetic evaluation scene in Canada for more than 30 years, developing genetic programs and services for Canada’s sheep, beef and dairy industries.  Joining Canadian Dairy Network (CDN) as a research scientist in 2005, he now works on genetic systems and new innovations for Lactanet. Dr. Sullivan also works closely with Interbull and an international network of scientists in the genetic and genomic evaluation community.  Peter’s main areas of specialty include computer programming and complex models for national and international genetic and genomic evaluation systems.
