The Validator’s primary responsibility is to conduct dairy farm audits by reviewing and documenting compliance with the national proAction program requirements. You will be working directly on-farm as well as from your home office. • Visit dairy farms to review and document on farm processes, protocols and record keeping.
• Assist and provide additional information to producers about the interpretation and application of the proAction program and its requirements.
• Independently arrange your administrative, travel and scheduling tasks.
• Actively participate and successfully complete the proAction validator training provided.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in agriculture and minimum 2 years dairy production experience or minimum 5 years’ experience in dairy cattle production on farm.

Your primary objective will be to actively support sales initiatives, enhance customer engagement and contribute to business development activities. Position Overview

• Ensure successful sales and marketing of products and services by assisting customers in understanding Lactanet reports, addressing customer issues, offering recommendations, and providing support.
• Manage DPT performance through coaching, training, feedback, and performance reviews, while ensuring compliance with operational standards and high-quality service delivery.
• Identify performance issues in collaboration with the Sales and Services Western and National Manager, organizes meetings to address concerns, and ensures staff receives necessary training for new services.
• Address customer concerns by maintaining detailed documentation, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and taking corrective actions as needed in collaboration with other managers.
• Efficiently allocates territories and workloads to DPTs, represents Lactanet at industry events, and fosters relationships with key dairy industry partners.

Qualifications & Experience

• Undergraduate education in agriculture or technology field of study

• Background and experience in personal computer software, hardware and/or experience with commercial dairy equipment software is an asset

The Human Resources & Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate and compliant processing of payroll across multiple entities and jurisdictions, while supporting some HR administrative functions. This role ensures data integrity within HRIS systems, supports benefits and disability management processes, and acts as a key resource for employee and manager inquiries about payroll. The incumbent plays an important role in maintaining efficient payroll operations

Position Overview

• Process accurate biweekly payroll for 3 legal entities across 5 provinces, for both unionized and non-unionized employees
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and provincial payroll legislation
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, including employee records (hires, terminations, changes, benefits, banking, etc.)
• Process Records of Employment (ROEs), salary adjustments, step increases, retroactive payments, and garnishments
