Spectral Data Expert
Mazen completed his PhD on expanding the potential of infrared spectroscopy as a tool for animal well-being indicators in the milk. He joined Lactanet as in a postdoc position in May 2020 and as Spectral Data expert since February 2021, working in close collaboration with the laboratory to optimize infrared predictions and develop new biomarkers of interest.
