Rodrigo Molano, Ph. D., arg

Rodrigo joined the Innovation and Development team in October 2020 after completing his PhD at Cornell University (NY, USA) on refining nutritional requirements of dairy calves and heifers. Rodrigo is deeply committed on turning complex scientific and technical information into practical, relevant messages to guide consultants and producers and influence better practices, particularly on the area of calf and heifer rearing. His interests focus on the integration and evaluation of biological and economical metrics that could reduce rearing costs, maximize lifelong profitability and, ultimately, help dairy producers optimize the return on the investment put on their replacement programs.
