Board of directors
The Lactanet Board of Directors may have up to 11 members. Six of these members are appointed by the organizations that provide herd management/milk recording or centre of expertise services, while one person is appointed by each of the following three stakeholders: Dairy Farmers of Canada, breed associations and Semex.
The Board may also have up to two external members, recommended for their particular expertise.
