Jean Brisson, agr.

A graduate of Laval University, Jean Brisson joined Valacta (now Lactanet) in 2001. His versatility, his interpersonal skills and his passion for cutting-edge research and for the daily lives of farmers make him an outstanding communicator. Several producers were able to benefit from his knowledge and expertise by attending the training sessions he delivered on various topics related to milk production.

Author of numerous articles, notably in Le Producteur de lait québécois, he has given several conferences during the Symposium sur les bovins laitiers. Before joining Lactanet, he worked for 20 years as an animal nutrition specialist at Shur-Gain.
